Welcome....

My passion throughout life has been cultivating ideas through different media. As a journalist I could see the power of an image speaking volumes. This led me eventually to my fairly recent fascinating love affair with digital cameras. They became magically my third-eye and therefore the world, an instant object of art. Mastering Photoshop software is my ever lasting quest. For many years now it provides the challenging tool for creating digital artworks. Clients and friends often inquire where the inspiration for my collages comes from, as they contain so much heart. Yes, that is where they are coming from, if you consider the heart the seat of inspiration:)

I was born in Germany, studied publishing which came with some graphic design instruction. Keeping within the artist field I worked as a journalist, columnist and editor in Berlin. Marriage moved me to California. Translated books, had tons of odd jobs, worked for twenty years at a San Francisco newspaper. Currently freelance digital photographer and graphic artist. My passions are digital art and photography.

I am blessed and humbled by the many wonderful friends in the worldwide community, who support my passion and feel inspired by my artwork.
